Measurement Services: Our goal is to provide accurate measurement services that follow the state standards. Residential measurements will accurately follow the NCREB “Yellow Book” guidelines to ensure limited liability in the real estate market. We will also offer a variety of professional measurement services to businesses and consumers. (Beginning April 1st, 2015)

Technology: We utilize the latest in professional laser measurement devices the Disto Leica 750I. This is combined with sketch programs on professional tablets to transfer measurements utilizing Blue Tooth* technology. We also offer point of sale credit card transactions for immediate transfer of sketch purchases and receipts.  

Experience: We have over 10 years of experience measuring residential properties.

Service Area: Mecklenburg County*, Iredell County*, Cabarrus County*, Gaston County*. This is our standard service area however for a negotiated trip fee we will expand our area up to a 30 mile radius of our office.
